Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via internet download, all sales of e-books, PDFs, and digital guides are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be textually “returned” or sent back in their original packaging. Once access is granted, the product is considered consumed.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or substitutions for other digital downloads.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue with your download link, or if the file is corrupted, please contact me immediately so I can send you a fresh, working copy.
